Luoghi Comuni (in Italian, 'Common Places') is an association of Perugia promoting projects centred on community wellbeing and the publication of a free-press magazine. The latter works as a tool to support the social and cultural initiatives coming from the citizens and local associations of Perugia, establishing a network of powerful connections between the various actors of its community. The association has collaborated with schools to create web-documentaries and enhance new skills of their teachers through Visual Thinking Strategies. Other activities of the association included the arrangement of workshops in photographic storytelling and a literary residency for writers coming from all over Italy.

Vezirköprü Atatürk Ortaokulu was the first primary school in town established in 1930's.
The school has 3 administration staff and 43 teachers, hosting now more than 500 students in its new building, aged between 11-14 years old from 5th to 8th grade. The regular curriculum of national education includes compulsory classes in subjects such as Turkish, Maths, Science, Social studies, English, Art, ICT and Music, but teachers also encourage their students to participate in local, regional and national competitions and in sports, art, science and technology projects.

Associació l’Alqueria Projectes Educatius is an association of secondary education school teachers, vocational education teachers and trainers in different disciplines that focuses its activities on the field of education, training and cultural promotion in the European environment. We are promoters in the professional training mobility through the accreditation nº 2020-1-ES01-KA120-VET-094901, which confirms that the organisation has set up a plan to implement high quality mobility activities as part of a wider effort to internationalize its activities and to improve the quality of learning and teaching of the associated schools and VET centres of the organization.

Liceo Statale Assunta Pieralli plays a particular role among the high schools of Perugia, offering three articulated educational paths: Human Sciences, Economic-Social and Linguistic. The school aims at encouraging the use of innovative teaching methodologies that place students at the centre of the learning process, to develop their transversal skills. Liceo Pieralli participate actively in the launch of local, national and international projects related to various subjects, from the arrangement of a film club to workshops concerning bioethics and digital citizenship, to the students’ creation of web documentaries.
